Sophie Scheliga offers shipping to Germany and the rest of the world with DPD, UPS or DHL. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times and delays due to international customs. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.

Returns

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days. For all returns and exchanges consider that customers need to bear the costs incurred, when returning an item. The return period is offered within 14 days after reception of the goods. We expect the returned items to be in the original condition, this means the items should neither be worn nor damaged or returned in a dirty condition and original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, we will transfer your money back via the previously used payment method. This can take up to 3 business days. If you only want to exchange them; change a style, we will refund or charge back the difference and send the new order after receipt of the returned goods. Furthermore Sophie Scheliga does not cover the costs for customs, duties and /or taxes that may incur during worldwide deliveries. Unfortunately we can not accept order cancellations once the goods are dispatched or have arrived at customs border of the destination country. If a shipment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or other, the package may be eliminated at destination at recipient’s cost.
