Let's talk about self care, it's so important to taketh time for yourself, to take a hot shower, a hot bath, taking time in the bathroom, oil your body, put some coconut oil in your hair, some butter on your skin, doing make up, work and stretch. There was a time i didn't take the time for myself, i am always toi busy, now i find a way back to do all that for myself. It's important to be fine with yourself. Imagine if you would love yourself the same way you love another person, not caring about the flaws in the body but seeing their virtues, supporting and talking care that would be a new level of Self-esteem. So let us take time for ourself.
